Customized Doll requires 1-2 weeks processing time + 1-2 weeks for shipping (UPS 5-10 Day Expedited Shipping) = 2-4 weeks (in rare cases up to 4) total delivery time.
Note: There would be shipping delays due to the Chinese Spring Festival, National Day Holiday season, and unpredictable weather. We will do our best to expedite the order for you.
Doll in stock requires 1-2 weeks delivery time. Ship from our overseas’ warehouse.
The doll will be delivered directly to you discreetly packaged in a blank brown box. Signature is required for delivery.
On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
Sex Doll is a custom product that is created especially for you. Orders can’t be canceled for any reason after 12 hours.
We usually cannot edit or add custom options after order is placed. If you would like to add or changes something, contact us in 12H after order is placed. ([email protected] )

We offer free and discreet worldwide shipping. We can ship to the following destinations: USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, EU, Russia, UK, Australia, etc.
But due to import laws, we do not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India.

EXCEPTIONS: Extra $400 Shipping Fee to South America. Extra $200 shipping fee to New Zealand and Mexico.
CUSTOMS FEES
In some countries import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries, such as Korea, Norway, Switzerland and South America etc., and it usually ranges from $100 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. Buyer is responsible for import taxes.
DISCREET PACKAGING
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. Your doll will be labeled “mannequin”. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
